Black History Month

Mayor Gregor Robertson and Vancouver City Council
are pleased to invite you to celebrate
the launch of Black History Month


Tuesday, January 31, 2012 at 12 noon

Vancouver City Hall , 453 West 12th Avenue
Third Floor, Council Chamber
Vancouver , BC Canada

Mayor Robertson will present a proclamation to Nalda Callender of The National Congress of Black Women Foundation and Canada Post will unveil
the 2012 Black History Month stamps. There will be cultural performances by Jacky Essombe, Yoro Noukoussi, Jurai Mubaiwa and Kevan Cameron.
Event hosted by Park Board Chair Constance Barnes.
